Traditional Therapy Clinics Limited (ACN 603 792 712) (Company) has produced a prospectus in connection with its proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) (Prospectus) and has lodged the Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 16 June 2015. The Prospectus is for the offer of up to 30,000,000 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.50 per share to raise up to $15 million (subject to a Full Subscription).
